Wide fitting older childrens shoes

My dd1 has very wide feet and am really struggling to find nice summer shoes to fit her.

She is wider than a Clarkes H fitting. We went through 13:eek: pairs of shoes in my local independant shoe shop before finding a pair that fit for school. They were startrite but they only do school shoes in her size.

I have been round all the independant shoe shops and all the supermarkets but found nothing that fits.

If anyone knows of any online shoe shops that sell wide fitting shoes i would be very grateful

Thank you

Mrs Mac

if she's size 3 or over JD Williams website do up to EEE fitting shoes at pretty reasonable prices. They have a lot of flat summer sandles and although they are an adults clothing website I've seen a few summer shoes that would be fine for a child.

They have an account service and free returns so you could order as many pairs of shoes as you needed to get a good fit without having to pay a fortune up front or to send them back.

I'd second Evans. They have some trendy styles too x

There is always conker shoes in devon. A little on the pricey side but foot comfort and health is very important.

They will make shoes especially for you. You draw around your foot and they make them in that width fitting. They are a little 'natural' looking for some, think Clarks nature trek style. I actually quite like the look though. They can do each style in pretty much any colour you can think of as well.

I have had some in the past and they are fantastic, my feet have stopped growing now (being an adult an all :)) so I can have mine resoled.

They do them for children and adults.
