i just moved to a new build property and our gas and electricity supplier is British Gas. We had our meter readings from the sales officer when we got handed our keys along with a card to ring BG to arrange a payments for our gas and leccy. Well ive tried for a week to get thro to them , everytime i ring im told i can ring bk or wait in a que for 25 mins, i have waited for 30 mins and gave up! now everytime i ring it seems to go up, rang at 6pm and the wait time was '45 mins!!!!!!!!'
