Morning all,

Do you ever stand on the bathroom scales and wish you hadn't? Well, that was me this morning . So I am going to try and be healthy and lose some weight (I give it till the end of the day!)


Just been to the post office and bakery - ignoring all the lovely cakes and pastries and buying wholemeal bread instead.

Now sitting down to do the dailies with a cup of green tea. :coffee:
