Well, jewellery has arrived and I am slightly disapointed :(.
One necklace is broken and all the beads are loose in the bag (They were large chunky boho style beads on a tiny chain)
And another pendant (which was covered in diamonte stones) 2 of the stones fell out immediately.

TBH, if I had paid £50 I would send the lot back straight away, as some of it looks like it came out of a christmas cracker!

However one of my sister makes jewellery as a hobby and can use the chunky beads to make something else, and a couple of other things are nice and wearable. So at least I got something out of it and it didn't cost me anything.

I would complain as well Molly - most companys are pretty good at sending replacements when things are broken. DH says I'm always complaining but usually I am successful and he is too lazy to do it!

    Hi everyone :)

Katie, congrats on your new niece :j Bet you can't wait to meet her! Take care & hurry back soon when you're well enough xx

Well done fire**fly on the haribo's! I can just see you & hubby fighting over them and your GS' saying....'no more sweets for a month!' (Just like the advert! :p)

Molly, thats terrible. :( You should get in touch & see if they can re-compensate you.

Sheils, hope DS does well in his exams and hope he is better now :)

I washed all my bedding this morning and put them on line but it's been raining here too so had to rinse them all again & put in dryer :o

DS came home saying History exam went well!!!! He has taken a paracetamol and gone for a lie down though. I still think 15 is too young for these Standard Grade exams. Is it 16 for GCSEs in England? (Is that what you call O levels now - I get all confused)

Looks like my PC will be fixed early next week, the company have decided the part isn't worth fixing so are just going to send a new part instead.

Hope your pc will be fixed soon PMS.

Just having a little aperitif now 1champ.gif
