Hope you get back to Devon soon. We really love Devon although I don't think we will get there this year - just too far away to go too often. Look after yourself.

:hello: Hi Katie - so pleased u are doing well. Love Devon - brings back childhood memories. Mum, dad, me and bruv used to stay at a farm in Devon every year since I was kneehigh to a grasshopper (or would that be a firefly !!) Absolutely loved it - used to help on the farm and go horseriding - enjoyed the countryside and all it had to offer, two weeks every year of absolute bliss. Best wishes xxxx

Alf, I know what you mean about the beanbag balls....my son ripped one open when he was 3 and we were laying carpet in the bedroom. They went under floorboards and still pop out through the strip light in kitchen nowadays!

Well I didn't get my job I guessed already though. Still, I'll keep my options open! Head T wants to keep me on file should a job come up before my contract ends and I wont need to go through interview if a job does come up

Right, off to comp and drown my sorrows!

Morning all, know its early but with jetlag 5 am not feeling so bad as it should do! As a sci fan I have however decided that due to the stresses of jet lag on the body i am having to resign to the fact that even if time travel were possible it would be too difficult for the body to cope with, oh my goodness i think i am delirious!

Burnabysue, what lovely uplifting news,it does mean something, reasuring to know people are still finding happiness and achieving their goals however far away they seemed. Thank you for sharing and providing inspiration.

Im making pancakes this morning to use up the 3 litres of maple syrup i brought back, it is so Yummy!
