Powernaps are supposed to be really good for you! Never had one myself as I only need about 6 hrs sleep but DH has one if he gets any peace to.
Yep - me too, I am a M thatcher'ite - don,t sleep many hours at night. But - powernap can last just a short while and it really gives you a boost, you wake up feeling really refreshed!!
I can recall a guy where i worked few years back - he used to position his hands on his computer keyboard, sit upright and have his power nap!!! LOL :rotfl:- you would never know lol (at least the bosses never knew, but we all did!!!) 10 mins max and then he was as bright as a button!!! (He did have a good excuse tho, he and his wife had just had a wee baby - few sleepless nites!!!)
. I'm an early riser, always have been - but I do find sometimes that the powernap helps, its my age i suppose.

When I'm back at work I usually manage 10 minutes or so after our evening meal, just long enough to miss the washing up if I time it right

lol if you think people wont work out it's you or stop copying your comps, I think you're sadly mistaken

good grief al, do you think i'm stupid ? i am well aware that that won't stop it & personally i don't care any more wether they copy or not, half the comps are copied from here & vice versa,
my name change has nothing to do with issues on the boards
