I am just back from the hotel win at Loch Lomond - it was wonderful! The scenery from our bedroom balcony was out of this world. When we woke up this morning and opened the curtains the sun was just rising over the Loch which was fantastic. You should have seen my face when they handed me a bill for £197! (For one night :eek:) Luckily I only had to pay £18 of it for the bottle of wine we had with dinner. We went to Glengoyne Whisky distillery on the way home as I won tickets for there earlier in the year. DH really enjoyed that and I got his Xmas present too

Just back from Newcastle on a visit with our daughter and grandson Jake, he celebrated his very first birthday on Monday, was lovely to spend time with them, even went to whtely Bay and had a paddle yesterday, was wave jumping with DD and Jake. So much fun. Its hard leaving them behind though! Nut back up for Harriets (DD) in December :).

Had some wins to come home to, £50 x 2 Days out vouchers, Signed Brian wilson CD, (been a Beach Boys fan from being small and my brothers playing their tunes - I won't sing as we are all having nice weather :cool:) and £500 from Wallis - so off for a spending spree in Liverpool soon OH will love that! :rotfl::rotfl:

Hope you have all been busy winning too.

I've been busy sorting out costumes for kids, they're having a roald dahl day tomorrow so dd is going as verucca salt (well she certainly acts like her! ) DS is going as willy wonka! Should be fun!
