Hiya purpleshoes, I'm going to crete.... next month though! (Can you tell i'm excited?)

Had an horrendous night with ds (9) last night! I tried to give him a bit more responsibility and let him venture a little further away from our garden but he thought he would push a bit further and do what 'he' wanted to by staying out for longer than tea-time, then when he did come back in with his friends he told me he was having a sleepover at his mates! He kicked off big style when I told him no! He's had behavioural difficulties in the past but has been ok for months. You probably think I'm a bit over protective with him but I know how easy influenced he is. He is a fantastic footballer and while he's playing footie...he's calm and compassionate, if he's out with his friends...he's not!

Anyway... rant over!!

Evening all,

Just had to come in and see if anyone is watching Britain's Got Talent. The first 15 mins has nearly had me in tears from laughing! AND ive only had one glass of wine.

I have done MEGA housework today and am rather proud of myself.
A lot of you seem to holidaying at the mo. I'm very jealous!

I was finding it hilarious but i do kind of think they are concentrating a little too much on bad people. I want to see a bit more talent as well.
The dancing old man had me crying with laughter!!

Oh dear, I have to accept i am the worst cheese kidnapper ever because i neglected to state the currency of the notes required, so yes Becki, monopoly money will be acceptable, i will post your cheese back, for ease of postage i hope you are ok with a dairylee cheese slice, (NB. other brands of cheese slices are available)

After watching bgt last night i am now off to join a bell ringing club and bag a husband, all those years wasted on internet dating, if only i'd known!

Morning all,

Love the bunny Korky! Another beautiful morning here - going to get a shock when the weather changes!
Been up for hours getting bank stuff, bills etc sorted out and trying to catch up with some comps. I am never up to date so think I am about back to normal now apart from the washing. Managed to spend my Mcdonalds £5 IWOOT voucher - was expecting them to stick a postage charge on but no it went through totally free. We only use Mcdonalds while on holiday and last year we came back with loads and loads of glasses this year we got freebies so can't complain! Even had a breakfast there this time for under £12 instead of the £34 it would have cost in our hotel. DS raved about the pancakes and DD loved her bagel. In case anyone was wondering we always got the cheese on our burgers!
