Still no win for august yet for me but I cant complain, I've had some great months in the past.
We managed to book haven primrose valley for a few days end of month but not gonna tell the kids, it will be a nice surprise for them!

It is good that you are managing a break. Do you book with Haven or privately? We have 1 night booked in the Lakes before ours go back to school. (£39 Premier Inn bargain). Was meaning to get something else to add to it but kids aren't keen and not sure when DS will be working.

Sheils, I went onto haven site and DH got a discount through working in nhs too :j The lakes is lovely. I went yrs ago but not took the kids yet!

I'm good thanks hun. Took kids to opticians and then to fun house soft play to run wild! They've been good as gold lately cos they know we're getting a dog soon How are you? Haven't seen you in for a while & every time I looked at one of your posts you weren't online.

Not sure yet, looking for something like a king charles spaniel or a shiitzu. We want a family dog thats good with the kids. I love golden retrievers & labradors too but I think it will have to be a small dog. Went to kennels to look but it was too disturbing...I wanted to bring them all home!

That bloomin fabulous comp is driving me doo-lally! I cant win on it no matter how hard I try!

Hiya melvis :wave: guess I'll have to upgrade my hoover for all the pet hairs! Mind you....me & the girls have long hair so it shouldnt make a difference!
