Nationwide - couple of questions

Hi, Does anyone know what type of card you get with a Nationwide current account, is it a Visa debit or something else? Also, do they ever offer an account opening incentive (cashback, freebies etc), as if so I may as well wait a while. If they never do this I will go ahead and get one opened now. Many thanks.
