NT Hell

when NTL say they will be there between 12 to 5pm and its 7:20 its unlikely they are going to arrive at my door. However when im getting call every 2 hours asking if the cable guys has arrived yet i told them no and they ensured me someone will be out soon.

I've also called their customer service (on hold for 24 minutes) and they said they will get hold of the installation dept and get back to me, nothing. Has anyone expereicned this and do you know if they offer compensation? It's just ive had to take a day off today for well..nothing!
