· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 11.00 a.m. as stated in the programme.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 3 working days after the programme.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 931 941 and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63303 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number.

Prize:
The prize includes:

· Acheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only; and

· A seven-night Mediterranean cruise for the winner and three (3) adult companions including direct return flights from London Gatwick or London Heathrow to Genoa airport, return ground transfer from Genoa airport to the port in Genoa to meet the Splendida cruise ship, two (2) outside ocean view with balcony cabins onboard the cruise ship based on two (2) people sharing, meals and drinks including soft drinks, beer, lager and house wine onboard in the MSC Yacht Club only and access to the onboard thermal suite Turkish bath and sauna. The prize excludes without limitation, ground transfers in the UK, excursions, car hire, travel and medical insurance and any additional costs and expenses not included in the prize and which are payable by the winner and/or their companion(s). The winner must book and complete the cruise before 31 October 2012, with the exception of, without limitation, dates during the Easter, Christmas and New Years periods, as well as any date during the month of August and for the avoidance of doubt, any dates between 1 and 15 April inclusive and between 15 December and 3 January inclusive.
