Mint Complaint

Hi,

I wrote a complaint to Mint about 2 months ago now as I was never getting replies from them when contacting them and there was a security issue on my account which they ignored when I called them.

Finally, after sending in an official complaint, I got a letter back from them saying they had received it and were investigating and would get back to me within 2 weeks.

I thought this was great as they had actually replied.

Now after 4 letters exactly the same which they keep sending out every 2 weeks I have still had no actual response from them.

As happy as I am that they are keeping me informed, how many of these letters do I put up with and what can I do next to push them along?

Thanks

They must have heard me moaning, got a reply today.

They are crediting my account with £20 as a goodwill gesture and have sorted all my queries so am happy with that, can get this paid off now and closed down :j

Woo Hoo, Account paid off and sending a letter for them to close it down now!! Yey!

Finally feel like I'm getting somewhere, all cards cleared and loans coming down nicely. Only have 2 loans now so know where I stand rather than a few credit cards here, a few store cards there!! :j
  • Well done. Out of interest why have they stopped accepting new credit card applicants.
Credit Card Debts: £11,605.95/£16,240.53 - 71% paid off.

£4,634.61 credit card debt remaining. Aim for credit card debt free before
