If he can get written proof - emails, texts - or recorded proof of her saying things like this, it will help in his attempt to be the PWC. It would be worth him keeping a diary of his son's days and who is caring for him and when.

There are no 1 bed flats near him for me to compare prices for - that was for a two bed terrace.

At the moment he doesnt even know what to do, so I am just looking at practicallities for him.
