WBAC offer the raw trade value for the car - they dont profess to offer a retail valuation - so it is an 'actual value', though not necessarily the best one you'll get.

Also, your 'trade in' price may well include discount wrapped in to the value of your car that you would otherwise have got with no trade in anyway.

If the previous owner has scrimped on tyres what else have they scrimped on?
