Can the Samsung 205BW Monitor connect to a PS2?

Can anyone tell me if you can connect a PS2 or Freeview box directly into this monitor which has a DVI and VGA connection?

If not, what connection(s) should we be looking for?
We want to be able to also use it as a TV and for connecting to the PS2 and it would be helpful for clarification of what requires what connection and whether we need a connecting device.
PC World are selling this monitor for £199.00 which appears a good deal!!
