Warwick Castle annual pass renenwal con letter

I received a Warwick Castle renewal offer letter, a few days ago. I was interested in the Family of 5 deal (as I have a 6 year old son and 3 year old twin daughters) at £22.80. Only stipulation was that you must renew before 8 April 2011.
If I am honest I would not have renewed at anywhere near what I paid last year £105 if memory serves me right, as have been unemployed for a long period since. However thinking this was a loyalty offer for 2nd year membership I called 0871 222 2772 a few minutes ago, only to find that it is actually £22.80 per person!
I am disappointed because I have subsequently looked on the website and there it clearly states that it is per person; although perhaps it is a deliberate ploy to get you to either go to the ticket office/membership centre at the Castle or call up and end up agreeing to pay £22.80 per person and not as per offer in the letter.
