Last time I looked, Manicures and Pedicures were 300 baht(£4.50). Massages, can't remember, maybe 450 baht(£6).0

Orchids are cheap at Bangkok airport...unless you have previously tried smuggling Thailand bought ones through as they are about 30p for a small bunch .lol
Orchids come in boxes and vary in sizes...start at about £7 upto about £16. (£16 is huge!!!)
But the £7 is still a great size, I buy them mum and nan every year when I go home to visit, they are never disapointed.
Other than that though honestly not much going cheap.
