The prize is an all-inclusive 7 day holiday for 2 people to a specified Club Med resort, excluding flights and transfers. The prize is subject to availability on a specific quota per resort and departure date and must be accepted as offered. Availability in any of our booking systems does not guarantee that your chosen date/resort will be authorized. In the event that we cannot give you your preferred resort, an alternative may be offered and can only be accepted for the dates specified. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Flights and resort transfers are not included in the prize but can be arranged by Club Med at extra cost.
The holiday must be taken between May and September 2011 and booked before 15th May 2011. Every day from 4th – 11th April at 8pm, 1 winner will be selected at random as the winner of a Club Med holiday for two. If this person participated in the competition following an invitation from you, you will be the second winner of the second Club Med holiday for two on that day. If the winner participated in the competition without any invitation a second random draw will be held to select the second winner on that day for a Club Med holiday for two. Only one holiday can be won per participant throughout the duration of the competition.
Club Med employees are not eligible to win any of the 14 holidays offered by Club Med during this competition.
Club Med reserves the right to alter the specification of the prize should the specified prize be unavailable for reasons beyond its control, and, only in this instance, will an alternative prize, of equal value, be available.
You must pay any additional costs not included within the prize (for example, spa treatments, excursions, extra drinks and snacks outside meal times, specific sports tuition, scuba diving, etc). Should you wish, the holiday may be extended or further passengers may be added at extra cost.
All requests must be approved by Club Med Head Office and are subject to strict terms and conditions. All requests are subject to availability and are at management’s discretion.
