Can you freeze Quiche?

Hi all,
I've been given the duty of making mini quiches for 30 guests to my friend's daughter's birthday party. The party was supposed to be this weekend but has been moved to next weekend due to the birthday girl being ill.
Due to time constraints I'd really like to make the food this weekend, so my question is - can quiche be frozen or am I likely to poison everyone??
Thanks in advance!

Hi Hand,
They freeze perfectly well. I like to 'refresh' the quiche in the oven before serving as the pastry can go a bit soggy having been frozen, but don't worry you won't poison anyone.
There is more advice on this existing thread that may help:

I'll add your thread to that one later to keep the replies together.

How about freezing quiches that have already been cooked?0

Just stick to the same rules, cook one from raw, freeze once when cooked, reheat once.
I don't make it from scratch but buy them in the summer, cook half and freeze half, then defrost and cook as normal.0 -
I made two from scratch today. I froze it when cooked. Will have it for lunch later this week. Interested to see how it turns out.0
