I've read about people using/quoting section 75, what is this & when do you use it?

In a nutshell, when you buy something using your credit card and it doesn't turn up/isn't what you ordered, and the retailer gets funny about giving you a refund, then the credit company should give you a refund instead.0

It makes your CC company jointly responsible if things certain go wrong with your purchase.I've read about people using/quoting section 75, what is this & when do you use it?
