One of my competitors has a business account, and has now opened a private account listing exactly the same items on both accounts, and actually states on the private account "this is my 2nd account, my other account has 2000+ feedback please msg me for details".

I didnt think it was allowed and reported it to ebay but nothing has happened.

Any thoughts appreciated.

sounds like they may have limitations on their first account...? Maybe bad performance?

Or they have good feedback and ebay do not want to upset them. Couple of years back i reported some illegal
counterfeit items. They all got removed within a day or so except one seller who had feedback 6000+
