It is 14 days tomorrow since I sent the LBA to my bank. They haven't paid up(surprise!!) and I am now ready to send the MCOL. It is all ready and all I need to do is submit it. So when should I do this?? Is tonight too soon, so that it gets processed tomorrow or should I wait until tomorrow so that they can't say I didn't give them enough time??

When the 14 days is up, file the claim. It won't be served for a few days anyway.0
