I got 956 FP shares when they demutualised and they have just started a dividend reinvestment plan.
I'm not sure it's worth keeping them though - they are worth about £2K I guess and the dividends are returning about 2% per year.
What would it cost me to sell - presumably a brokerage fee and any tax? I'm an HRT and have not used up any CGT.

Where are the shares now? I suspect in a nominee account.
Have a look at the letter you received about the plan - does it give a phone number to call? That would probably be a broker and you could call and ask them how much you would get for the shares. It's probably not worth your while doing it any other way.
Looking at the share history makes for interesting reading -
