Finding out how long a house has been up for sale ?

:)Hi everyone,does anybody know if there is a website that will tell you how long a house has been up for sale even if it has changed estate agents + by how much it has been reduced by.

Also look on home.co.uk sometimes they show details even if the EA taken it off and put it back on0

You can often tell if a property has changed agents because the new agents take a picture of the front of the house with the old estate agents board outside!
Also, if you find that the for sale board is displayed on google streetview and the property hasn't actually sold anytime in the last 3 years you know it's been for sale for a while :-D0 -
I always use mouseprice.com as it gives the number of days on the market and price history0

Great tip, thank you! I just found that the flat I have an offer on originally went on the market in July 2010 for £40,000 more than the asking price in October 2010 when I saw it. (And we got even more money off it.) That explains so much!0
