Hot water tap

Does anyone have any experience of the new boiling hot water taps that are on the market. There seems to be a choice of having them plumbed in or freestanding, where you have to top them up with water.

We are about to have our kitchen refitted and are wondering whether to invest in a plumbed in version.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
