Where to stay in Dalaman??

Hi all, wonder if you can help. Myself, husband and 15 year old son are going to Dalaman for 10 days on the 22nd July. We have already booked the flights and are now looking for somewhere to stay. We would like self catering, not over an hour transfer, nearish to a beach and activities but not to near the clubbers and noise..lol
Wonder if anybody can help??

Olu Deniz is nice. We stay in Hisaronu, you can travel down to Olu Deniz for beach, but there are a fair few clubs there.0

Kalkan looks lovely, we intend to go there next year.0

Kalkan is a lot over an hour transfer. Best to go to Calis or Olu Deniz. No real clubbing in that area,not like Marmaris.travelover0

We stayed in the Hilton Dalaman, was amazing. It all inclusive though but plenty to do and lots of resturants. If you book with them direct you get some fab deals, we were ripped off as we went with Thompson.0
