Hi all,

I know Kwik fit for a £25 air con regas service and have done it around this time in 2009 and 2010 but wanted to know if you know an alternative place for around this price or if Kwik fit will be doing this again this year soon.

Thanks

If you are having to do it every year, I would be looking for leaks or other problems.

Nope - had the car for nearly 3 years and never regassed.

I don't think I've ever came across any cheap ways to regas the aircon. Halfords has gas in a can stuff but it costs £50 if I remember correctly.

As much as I hate Kwik Fit, it would probably be best just getting them to do it. If you book online, it's usually cheaper and you can often find discount codes or vouchers on Google to get even more money off.

This is the only time I have and ever will use KF.

Even our MOT station charges it out at £40!
