"Don't" or "Can't"

How about if you don't want or need to learn to drive? Maybe you live in a big city such as London with decent public transport? A driving licence may be a waste of time and money if it is not needed. Or how about - like "ourlass" marks 1 &2 seduced an unwitting man with your feminine wiles who is dumb enough to chauffeur you about? New, improved "ourlass mk3" came with driving licence..."In times of universal deceit, telling the truth will be a revolutionary act. "

I don't drive a lorry in the UK although I do in some other countries. (ones that you don't need a specific category on your driving licence).
So although I can't legally drive one on the road in the UK, I can physically do so, so to state that I can't wouldn't be technically correct as I can, just not on the public highway or other public areas.0 -

Isn't that the difference between 'can't' and 'may not' rather than that between 'can't' and 'don't'?0 -

Try telling my Mother there's no such word when you've told her you can't clean your own shoes.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
