Been offered half - what shall we do ?

Hi all
Barclays have offered us about £300 when our claim was for a bit over £600.
What should we do - we don't want to say yes too quickly in case they would actually come up with the full £600 later. On the other hand, we don't want them to withdraw the offer if we ask for more.
Has anyone else had the same dilemma ?

Tell them you want the full amount, it's very likely they will pay it all.0

it very much depends on your financial situation, but I'd keep going. I've been offered half on two of my four claims and I'm holding out for the rest.0

On the CAG website it says that you can accept a lower amount as long as you clearly state when accepting that this is an interim payment and you will be continuing with the claim for the rest.0
