1. Open to residents of the UK, ROI, CI and IoM, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No entries will be accepted from third parties or organised groups.
2. Only one entry per person allowed during the whole promotion.
3. To enter you must register at www.lovegeobar.com for our Name our bunch of mixed berries Competition. There are no alternative entry routes available.
4. The Name our bunch of mixed berries Competition opens on March 11th 2011 and closes at midnight on 11th April 2011.
5. The prize will be awarded to the unique entry that the judges believe to be the most appropriate for the role that the character plays.
6. The winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the closing date, and receive their prize within 28 days thereafter.
7. There is no cash or other alternative prize available.
8. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry and no responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are lost or delayed for any reason whatsoever.
9. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
10. These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
