The prize draw is open to all UK & ROI residents aged 18 and over who will be in the UK & ROI to take up this prize on 11th-12th May 2011, with the exception of L'Or!al (UK) Ltd employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official entry form. Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible for the prize draw. Proof of sending cannot be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Incomplete, illegal, late or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Entries must be received on or before 29th April 2011. The prize draw will take place on 2nd May 2011. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
4 completed entries will be drawn at random on 2nd May 2011 and will receive a pair of VIP tickets for themselves and one companion to attend the L'Or!al Paris National Movie Awards ceremony on the 11th May 2011 – location tbc.
The event will be filmed live for ITV1. As this is a black-tie event competition, winners and their guests are required to wear Smart Dress and will not be admitted in the VIP area wearing jeans and/or trainers. It is the responsibility of each winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take up the prize. They must be available in London from 12pm on 11th May for their pre-event hair and makeup session.
These tickets are to walk the red carpet and attend the awards ceremony of the L'Or!al Paris National Movie Awards.
The prize also includes:
A L'Or!al Paris Hair and Make-up session at the L'Or!al Paris suite before the awards ceremony starts
Return travel tickets to London from your nearest town (to be arranged by the Promoter). Includes travel within London to take you to your hotel and to the awards ceremony.
One night's stay in a 5 star London hotel – breakfast included.
You will be met at your hotel by a chaperone that will be with you for the day. They will issue you with the tickets and necessary details of the day's activities.
No food /drink/travel or other expenses included other than that stated above.
Travel insurance and all travel requirements and formalities are the responsibility of the winners and their companions.
The winners and their companions must have a valid passport on date of departure if travelling from ROI.
A photographer will be present to record the day's events.
