These people are total bloodsuckers and really have sommunication issues,Im so sorry I joined,after one week I was willing to leave then and pay all their penalties,they managed top persuade me to stay,giving me their free anti virus (McAfee) no sooner I had downloaded that and was instantly billed.
They bill one for anything,and god help you if you try to contact them....enjoy the wait,although they boast on their site waiting time is only three minutes,they forgot the zero on the end (30)
These clowns will not do well,and like I say,if you want some pain...join:beer:

You've had an unfortunate experience.

I've been with them several years and find the service (both internet and customer) good. Raising tickets online can mean waiting a bit for resolution but I find ringing them both quick and professional.
