Entrants have two opportunities to enter the draw between 1 April – 30 April 2011. One by visiting the Information Desk at The Chimes and the second opportunity by visiting the centre’s website https://www.thechimes.uk.com. Only one entry per household permitted via each route and any number over this will be void. This promotion is only open to residents of Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, London and Hertfordshire aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and address may be required. This promotion excludes employees including The Chimes retail staff and their immediate families and any third parties involved with the promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only entries received on the original promotional entry form and through the official website will be permitted. Photocopies will not be accepted. Entry forms must be submitted at the Information Desk at the Centre. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, damaged, altered, amended or defaced will not be accepted. The April 2011 monthly prize is: a holiday for two in The Bahamas consisting of seven nights staying at the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort and economy flights which depart from London Heathrow only. The Bahamas Tourist Office reserves the right to provide an alternative airline if British Airways flights are deemed unsuitable for the purposes of the competition. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken between 1 May 2011 and 1 December 2011 but blackout dates apply. Meals are not included. The prize is for two people who must travel together. The prize must be collected from the Centre in person. All entrants must be residents of the UK with a valid passport with minimum six months validity from date of departure from The Island of The Bahamas. The prize is not transferable. Travel insurance is not included and is recommended prior to travel. The closing date for the April 2011 promotion is 30 April 2011 at 7pm for entry forms and 11:59pm via the website. No cash equivalent will be offered for the prize. The draw will take place within five working days of the closing date. The prize winner will be the first person randomly drawn from all the entries received after the closing date. Winners will be contacted by telephone. If, after all reasonable attempts have been made to contact the winner, no response has been received by 9am on 10.05.11, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize and the Promoter shall award the prize to the entrant that the judge ranked as second place.
