Tesco home phone

Just need to vent!!!!!!!!!!!!
Recently cancelled tesco home phone option 2 one month ago over the phone.

Thought everything was tickety boo till today I recieved a bill and realised they hadn't cancelled my account.

Phoned them to ask why my account was still active and they conviently lost connection on the phone and I thoughtthey would call me back, which they didn't.

Going to complain via email, but I have found that they don't respond to that either from past experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
