Roses and Hearts - is Martin an incurable romantic?

Valentine's day was over a week ago but Martin is still looking romantic at the top of my screen with hearts and flowers.

Does he like his picture so much that he's going to keep it like that permanently?

Or, more likely, is there something wrong with my pc?!

u need to delete temp internet files a think

Go to Tools / Internet Options. Under General click Delete Files and then tick Delete all offline content then OK
wait a few minutes then go to mse

This should clear your temp internet files and then your computer will be forced to check for the latest version of the picture (heartless)
