Not sure about any deals but just wanted to repeat what another forum member mentioned recently which was l believe is really good advice when considering breakdown cover.
if you go with the AA or RAC they are more committed to fixing the car on the road or transporting you and car all the way home if you have home relay etc, however companies like Green Flag normally use local garages who may be more inclined not to spend much time attempting a repair and prefer to transport the car to a local garage etc.
I will be honest and say l don't know the in's and out's of Green Flags cover but it may be worth looking into the small detail rather than being tempted to go with the cheapest.0 -
Check out Quidco.com. At the moment there are offers of deals and cashback from RAC, AA, Green Flag and others.

I'm with Green Flag and they've been great the couple of times I've had them out. Was previously with AA and RAC and never had a complaint about either of them.I am a mortgage broker. If you are prepared to pay and claim (have a credit card?) the AutoAid provide a high level of cover for £37.
They pay by return of post and have a good reputation, but you do need to pay the breakdown company up front.
It's really an insurance policy rather than a breakdwon policy although they will call someone out for you.0
