Coop Windfall or not?

I wonder if Leeds Coop members are entitled to a windfall payment, surely they must be it is only like Portman merging with Nationwide??

im sure there will be no windfall payments, not in the 2 mergers that i have known about...nothing got windfalled to staff or members

the co-op is a funny firm made up of individual societies, the one i was connected with had a board of directors who wouldnt have been out of place in "heavens gate" nursing home for the elderly..honest it scary, they get voted onto the board of directors with 20 votes from any tom !!!!!! or harry who has a "divi card" and then they control a company with hundreds of employees and 30 million a year turnover

the old dears just turn up for tea and cake once a week and have a natter and hope that someone knows what they are doing...mind you im sure they get windfalled something ....the sly old bu**ers
