Hi,
A little History, IVA agranged June 2006 fully satisfied August 2007.
I have just looked at one of my credit reports, on 3 of my defaulted accounts they are being updated each month as a default and does not show as satisfied. these three accounts do say the original default date as 2006.
I am trying to understand when the defaults fall off the credit report. is it from the 1st default date, the satisfied date or from the last default date that the credit company reports to the credit report companies.
Hope some one can help make this a bit clearer.
thank you

6 years from the initial default date. So 2012 in your case.
Ones that aren't marked as settled and satisfied can be sorted.
