Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Snow+Rock, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 2. For your chance to win an extreme experience every day in April, try on any pair of Merrell footwear within participating Snow+Rock stores, complete the entry form and post this in the entrybox in store or send to the postal address below. You may also enter at www.snowandrock.com/merrell. To enter you must visit the Merrell Summer range product page before completing the online entry form. 3. No purchase necessary. 4. To enter you must view a pair of Merrell shoes between, 01.04.11 to 30.04.11. Final date for receipt of entries 07.05.11. 5. Promotion is limited to one entry per person, per household. 6. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. 7. Responsibility will not be accepted for any entries that are lost, delayed or mislaid. 8. 30 separate daily winners will be drawn at random, under independent supervision, after the closing date. 9. 30 prizes for 1 adult only, consisting of; 6 x Canoeing: to include 1-3 hours of expert tuition, as part of a group, with all equipment provided, available all year at 20 locations around the UK. Winner must be able to swim. 6 x Paintball experiences to include: full day of paintball games, with an initial allocation of paintball cartridges, available all year at 56 locations around the UK. 6 x Wakeboarding sessions to include: 15 to 30 minute wakeboarding session with equipment and tuition, available all year at 11 locations around the UK. Winner must be a confident swimmer. 6 x White Water Rafting sessions to include: 2 to 4 hour session with equipment and tuition available all year at 4 locations around the UK. Winner must be a confident swimmer and able to swim a minimum of 50 metres. Maximum weight of 15 stone. 6 x Bungee Jump sessions to include: 1 bungee jump with all equipment and instruction, available all year at locations around the UK. Winner must sign a declaration of health before participation. Activity is weather dependent. 10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part or correspondence entered into. 11. All winners will be notified by telephone and post within 30 days of the closing date. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within 28 days of first attempting to make contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award it to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original. 12. All winners’ details (name and county) can be obtained within 7 weeks after the draw and will be available for a period of 3 months thereafter by sending a SAE to the promotional address below. 13.
