vacuuming money from friends husband

my friend's husband was and still is having an affair with some African woman & she has been vacuuming money from the guy like loads £150,000 all in cash over a 7/8 year period. Can my friend who has recently found out do anything besides divorce to stop this individual taking the money as the husband is vulnerable and not a full pound?

I think if the money's in joint accounts, she can go into the bank and say that if money is to be taken out/transferred, they must have authorisation from both account holders (her and the husband). Someone will confirm if this is the case though.0
