point number 1 - believe you have 48 hours to get yourself examined by a doctor (not a physio but a PROPER doctor) or it'll make it no-where before you start. 2 - Did you report the incident to the staff at the time so that they could log it in their incident report forms? (I'm guessing not) If you didn't then the injury on paper "never happened" - you could have sustained the injury on your way home, especially as you state that you "only noticed it the next morning". Sorry but you don't wake up the next morning thinking "oh I must have whiplash".
Duty of care of the bouncer... how do you know he was using excessive force? Did you see the whole incident? Did the guy threaten someone? Did he try to make use of an inprumptu weapon like a bottle? You see where I am going with this? :)

Whilst it's unfortunate that you got bumped in the nightclub I am thinking you would be wasting your time trying to pursue a claim which I would have thought would be rejected by even the "free claims specialists" who in my oppinion are vultures of the worst kind.

wow a slight overreaction by some i think. All the guy is asking for is for his out of pocket expenses to bet for something that wasn't his fault.

Hardly tens of thousands of pounds!

The club has a duty of care to customers and staff alike, so if the bouncer was negligent then the club COULD be responsible. You can eject someone who is violent without causing injutry to third parties. go ask the Police they deal with violence all the time and you don't often see the injuries that bouncers seem to cause ( Ok i'm not a fan of bouncers and door staff who in the main are legalised thugs )

Write a letter asking for compensation see what happens
