in Credit cards
Hi all,
Im on the journey of rebuilding very carefully my credit record, which is very Low (scores about 390) with a CCJ which has been on the record for 5 years, think it drops off in a year, and II did pay it off.
I applied for this card, and just received a letter than I have been accepted.
I hate the idea of credit, after everything I went through years ago, but I now need to build up my status, especially to help run my business and I plan on moving house a a couple of years time.
What sort of Credit do you think they will give me, I ony plan to use the card to purchase and to pay off end of each month, so that I can get a good report on file
Any ideas?
Thanks
Chris

Welcome to MSE.
I've seen between £250 and £500 from people here in similar situations.
Just make sure your setup a direct debit to prevent any new credit report damage. Good luck!

Your starting limit will most likely be either £100 or £200.Remember this: nothing worth doing is easy.0
