About to find out mortgage company will not offer me as much as I was advised

Options
Through another internet website I have been using a Indipendant mortgage broker who waved her usual fee's. She assured me I had enough Income to get a mortgage I needed of 100,600k however last week they told her they will not take CTC into consideration and my employer faxed them a copy of my salary but marked my bonus(guaranteed as I have set shifts because of young children) as seperate. I fear that my earnings are now 4k less than before and dont like my chances of getting this mortgage. Anyone any advice as my mortgage broker just seems to be telling me to continue with the application however the vendor whose house we are buying is not prepared to wait for us.

My hubbs earnining basic 17910 bonus 1500
My earnings 7810 bonus 1000
CTC 884
CB 1547
Deposit of 31,400

I have a default on my acocunt which is due to be paid off and satisfied this week.

My hubby has a loan for 12k and a cc of 5k(1k due to be paid of when we sell the house).

Any idea's where we stand and what we can hope for, our advisor reccomended chelsea @ 6.09%(due to default).

Have a word with the broker. They may be able to get the lender to budge. After all, 2.6k isnt exactly a lot of money in the scheme of things. Especially against loan to value.

She's been trying, they budged from 95k to 98k! Just wondered if there may be some other alternative for me!
