Has anyone ever used Westone Business Services

I have been using westone business services for a short while and I can hardly ever get hold of them on the phone. You would have thought if they were a small company they would have landlines diverted to mobiles, but no. I have called at least 10 times and been on hold for more than 30 minutes each time... I'm thinking I should use someone else for my registered address...

I've been using them for the past couple of years and they've always been really helpful. I think the phone thing is an issue but if they're that busy then surely they've got to be doing something right?!

Just a thought are we talking about the same company? westone-business.com They're a couple of companies that are similar in name.

I've experienced problems with Westone Business Services (Hatton Garden).
They are very slow to forward mail, sometimes a month after they receive it despite our instructions for it to be sent ad hoc.
We know they have important mail for us but we have not received it. We have sent 3 emails, none replied to. When phoning a message gives you another number to call (60p/min) but it is never answered.
When using the contact page on their website it goes to a 'broken link' page.

They are in breach of contract and uncontactable so I will be taking further action.

After purchasing a registered address with West One Business services, I would not advise others to do the same based on my experience as a customer. The premium numbers given for 'customer services', take the biscuit. No one ever picks up the phone either, just a long message!!! I will need to find another letter-forwarding registered office address to go on my labels, as their service is too unreliable.

We've used Westone mail forwarding services (based in Hatton Garden) for a year now, and what a mistake that was. Even after numerous complaints, phone calls, and emails, they still aren't providing us with the service we signed up for. Mail never reaches us. The guy who you'll get through to - if your're lucky enough to get through to someone at all) is THE worst person to be providing any form customer services at all. His name is Newton and he has on all 3 occasions, been argumentative and confrontational. The service is despicable, and I 100% advise on staying well clear from this company. Yes they maybe cheaper other companies providing the same service, but in truth, any money you send them will be money down the pan, as well as the money spent on printing their Hatton Garden (or whichever other) address on your stationary, invoices, marketing materials, etc etc.
We are livid and feel cheated by these scam artists.

Isn't it strange that the last 3 replies are all from newbies who register to make a single post and then disappear. I think people could draw a conclusion that they may all be the same person just wanting to cause trouble for maybe a competitor perhaps?

I'm also looking for a cheapest holding adress company, preferably in London, but I am willing to look elsewhere if it's cheaper.

It seems like there are mixed reviews here, but I would really be keen on your opinions about holding adress companies

I used westone-business.co.uk as a package for company registration and mail forwarding service. Their support is so bad, they never reply your emails or solve anything over the phone.

I am still waiting for a letter to be forwarded, it has taken more than 2 weeks now. Seriously! Be aware! I bought the package for a year, I don't think I can issue a refund based on their terms and conditions.
