I've emailed them too but not sure what else should be happening. I thought filling in the form was enough and that they'd contact me. But not even had an e mail.

Just phoned Argos on 0845 640 2020. They said that the internet site was closed and told me to phone back tomorrow. VERY STRANGE ! ! !
