Yahoo and sending mail

I have used Yahoo for a long time without any problems until this morning. I compose an email, press send, 'loading' shows but the message does not disappear from the screen and the 'message sent' does not appear. I have tried to overcome this, the message is sent as I have checked with the recipient but still appears on my screen. What can I do?

Tried Mozilla and that worked - thankyou. Can you tell me what is happening in IE9 then, I have had loads of trouble since I updated but don't know how to go back to a previous IE.0
