EPC - recomendation

Hi,
I am looking to sell my house and have been quoted £79 + VAT by the estate agent to do the EPC. I'm sure I can get it cheaper but would rather go on a recomendation rather than just find the cheapest on the net.
Does anyone have someone they would recommend and, if so, how much will they charge?

When I had mine done it took all of 20 mins - not sure there's exactly any skill involved in going round a house checking the lightbulbs, so I went with the cheapest.0

I went for a guy that charged me £45 and is a 4 bed end of terrace...I thought it was good value. There are some comparision sites or just google it.0

Forget recommendations. EPCs are such a waste of time that you should just get the cheapest you can to comply with the law.0
