Does anyone know if a transfer from an Intelligent Finance savings account to a halifax current account is an immediate internal transfer or done through BACS?

Really, does that mean IF have finally got their finger out and will finally implement faster payment. Hopefully in and out. However I think November is only one month before it becomes a European requirement. Though I fully expect many companies to miss the date including IF.0
