Good lord they're constantly on the go round here, if they're not shouting it's an awful recording of someone who can't play the trumpet played through a small PA mounted to top of the cab.
You have to nail stuff down to make sure they don't help themselves

Possibly both. I remember there being posters in the police station about Colorado Beetle too.

In this part of the world they are known as "skip rats". Closely related to those that strip the lead of roofs and the copper wire from railway lines. They are also related to diesel fuel and domestic heating oil thieves.

I think the world (ie China) is running short of raw materials.
About 10 years ago, I and the Mayor of Calais, were plagued with dumped cars.

Now you see adverts that say "We pay £150 minimum........."
